Effective Date: May 18th, 2025
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled in the "itsyourradio Player" and "itsyourradio TV" applications ("Applications").
The Applications do not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. These Applications are strictly for listening and viewing purposes and do not require login, account creation, or any user input.
The Applications may collect limited, non-personal information for analytical purposes through the platform on which the Application is distributed (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Roku, etc.). This data may include, but is not limited to, information such as the platform version, type of device, and general usage patterns. Such data is collected by the platform provider and is governed by their own privacy policies.
No user data is collected directly by the Applications; therefore, no user data is shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties.
The Applications do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. As there is no data collection or input, the Applications are safe for use by all age groups.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
